Art at Milton Montessori encourages creativity, self-expression, and exploration. Beginning in Kindergarten, students engage with a variety of materials and techniques, developing fine motor skills and artistic confidence. Aligned with Montessori principles, our Art program nurtures imagination while introducing elements of art, color, and design in a hands-on, student-led environment.

Milton Montessori’s Performing Arts program inspires students to express themselves through music, theater, chorus, and dance. Beginning in Kindergarten, children explore rhythm, movement, voice, and performance in a supportive, creative environment. Aligned with Montessori principles, the program nurtures confidence, collaboration, and artistic growth through hands-on experiences that build both skill and self-expression.

Beginning in Elementary, our Physical Education program promotes fitness, coordination, teamwork, and healthy habits. Students build strength, balance, and motor skills through structured activities, games, and sports. The program encourages personal growth, sportsmanship, and a lifelong appreciation for physical activity in a fun and supportive environment.

Our Social Emotional Learning (SEL) program equips students with tools to understand and manage their emotions, navigate challenges, and build healthy relationships. Through guided lessons and conversations, students learn emotional regulation techniques, such as recognizing fear, managing anger, and understanding how emotions impact daily life at home and school. The SEL teacher supports students in developing self-awareness, empathy, and resilience to help them thrive both emotionally and socially.
