Families
Strong collaboration between parents, caregivers, students, and school personnel is the foundation of how Milton Montessori creates a warm, supportive, and connected community. We invite all members of our school community to join us in embracing our mission and living our core values, knowing that each person plays an essential role in nurturing a respectful, peaceful, and joyful learning environment.
Belonging
Family involvement is central to the success of Milton Montessori and integral to the Montessori experience we offer. By encouraging active participation from all families, we create a true sense of belonging for our entire community.
Throughout the year, our families come together during our Parent-Teacher Education Nights—special evenings designed to deepen understanding of Montessori philosophy, strengthen the home-school partnership, and foster meaningful conversations between educators and families. These gatherings allow parents to connect, learn, ask questions, and feel actively involved in their child’s learning journey.
We also build community through our PTA/PTO, our Room Parent network, family gatherings, cultural celebrations, and additional school-supported programs that bring families together in joyful and enriching ways.
Together, we create an environment where students and families feel supported, valued, and truly at home.
