Ms. Nora is our Head of School. She has lived in the U.S. since 1996. Ms. Nora is originally from Monterrey, Mexico. She has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Monterrey. While Ms. Nora has a degree in accounting and spent 10 years in the corporate world, her passion for Montessori began when she began searching for the best way to educate her oldest child. This search led her to Montessori, and she found her true calling. Ms. Nora spent 10 years as Director of Operations for a local Montessori school before joining our MMS team. Ms. Nora’s belief in the Montessori method is evident in her dedication to providing the highest standards of Montessori education to our MMS students. She has over 15 years of experience in a Montessori environment. In her free time, Ms. Nora enjoys going to the movies, loves the beach and spending time with her family. Ms. Nora lives in Cumming with her husband and two daughters. Her youngest daughter is a graduate from our MMS Elementary program.

I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. My husband and I have been married since 2005 and are the proud parents of three boys, Benjamin, Matías, and Joaquín. Our family lived in Brazil from 2014 to 2017 before moving to Atlanta, Georgia, in 2017. Living abroad gave me a deep appreciation for different cultures, languages, and ways of learning – values that beautifully align with the Montessori philosophy of respect for diversity and global citizenship.

I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology in 2005 from the Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires. Before moving to the USA, I worked as a therapist in hospital and school settings, supporting children, training teachers, and facilitating workshops for teenagers.

My journey with Montessori philosophy began in 2007 when I became a mother for the first time. While researching positive discipline and respectful parenting, I discovered the writings of Dr. Maria Montessori. Her ideas about following the child, observing with respect, and nurturing independence deeply resonated with me. It felt as though everything I had learned and believed as a psychologist aligned perfectly with her philosophy. For years, I applied Montessori principles at home almost without realizing it.

Years later, I was offered the opportunity to work in a Montessori school. Experiencing this approach from the inside confirmed that it was truly my passion. I decided to earn my AMS Infant-Toddler certification, and since then, I have devoted my professional life to guiding young children through these formative years.

What I love most about the Montessori philosophy is the pause, the respect for each child's rhythm, the patience to observe, and the trust that development unfolds naturally. I believe that giving children time and space to explore, question, and discover helps them build self-esteem and self-confidence – the foundation for all future success.

As a former therapist, I focused on the prevention of emotional and behavioral difficulties in children. Now, as a Montessori educator, I continue that mission by supporting the whole child, helping each one grow in confidence, independence, and joy as they discover the world around them.

I am continuously inspired by the way children embody wonder, resilience, empathy, and forgiveness. Every day with them is a gift and a reminder of the beauty of unconditional love.

Giovanna Bimblich is the Assistant Head of School at Milton Montessori School, where she is dedicated to fostering a welcoming, organized, and nurturing environment for children, families, and educators. She believes that meaningful relationships, open communication, and a strong sense of community are the foundation of an exceptional educational experience.

Originally from Panama City, Panama, Giovanna earned her Bachelor's degree from Les Roches Hotel Management School in Switzerland. Her international career provided opportunities to live and work in China, Switzerland, Panama, and the United States, experiences that shaped her appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, she enjoys connecting with families from around the world and helping every child and parent feel welcomed and supported.

After settling in the United States, Giovanna discovered her passion for early childhood education and school leadership. She has served in a variety of educational roles, including teacher, substitute teacher, and school administrator, developing extensive experience in school operations, staff support, family engagement, and creating positive learning environments. She is committed to ensuring that every child is known, valued, and given the opportunity to develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

As both an educator and a parent, Giovanna understands the trust families place in a school. Together with her husband, David, and their two children, Jonathan and Emma, she appreciates the importance of building a community where children feel safe, encouraged, and excited to come to school each day.

Outside of school, Giovanna enjoys traveling, reading, baking, crafting, and spending quality time with her family. She is honored to be part of the Milton Montessori School community and looks forward to partnering with families as they begin and continue their Montessori journey.

My name is Liliana Lemos, I am from Colombia, and I’ve been a Georgia resident for over 18 years. I’ve been happily married for 19 years, and together, my husband and I are raising three children who have all been part of the Montessori journey. Two of our children have successfully transitioned into traditional high school settings, and our youngest will be joining Milton Montessori School. As both a Montessori educator and parent, I bring a deep appreciation for the philosophy and its lasting impact on children’s development.
Education: I hold a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.

I am certified by the American Montessori Society (AMS) for both the Infant/Toddler and Primary levels.
Additionally, I have completed training in Conscious Discipline and participated in various professional development programs to further enhance my expertise in Montessori education.

Functioned as Southeast Region Field Supervisor, where I collaborated with educators, observed and assessed classroom dynamics, and offered essential mentorship to teachers in training.

Charmiant Corado is a communications professional and dedicated advocate for community and education. With more than 10 years of experience in journalism, media, and strategic communications, she brings a passion for storytelling, creativity, and meaningful connection to her work at the Montessori school. A bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, Charmiant values diversity, collaboration, and creating a welcoming environment where every child and family feels connected and supported

I was born in Jalisco, Mexico, and moved to the United States at the early age of 7. I completed my AMS Montessori Infant/Toddler certification and dove into the world of education. Before working in education, I managed my family's housekeeping business and worked in the hospitality industry.

In June 2016, I accepted a position as a Toddler Montessori assistant teacher and was submerged in the magical world of Montessori. I immediately fell in love with the Montessori philosophy, but above all, with the respect and love shown to all children. I later accepted a position as an Assistant Director, but after becoming a mother, I decided to take a respite from education.

After staying home for 6 months with my son Gabriel, I missed being around other children and accepted a position as an infant/toddler Montessori assistant teacher here at Milton Montessori. I immediately knew I wanted to pursue Montessori education as a career and completed my AMS Infant/Toddler Montessori Certification.

I find joy in serving toddlers as a Lead Guide here at MMSKM. I enjoy the laughter of children and the amazement in their faces when they discover something for the first time. I love being able to see the children bloom into their own individual person as they display their characters and personalities.

I reside in Roswell, GA, with my 6-year-old son, who has attended Milton Montessori since he was 6 months old. In my free time, I enjoy singing, hiking, reading philosophical books, and being in nature

Mariana was born in Yucatan, Mexico. Following her marriage in 2006, Mariana relocated to the United States. After becoming a mother to twins and many years of staying home with them, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in early childhood education. Prior to discovering Montessori philosophy, Mariana worked as a preschool teacher in a faith based preK program. It was upon accepting a position as a Toddler Montessori assistant teacher that her love for Montessori education began and she completed her AMS Infant/Toddler Montessori certification. Mariana enjoys that Montessori education allows children the opportunity to practice independence. She finds joy in the fulfillment they display when they accomplish a task on their own. Mariana resides in Suwanee, Ga with her husband and their twin children. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and watching cooking shows.

I'm originally from Panama and a certified Montessori teacher for infants and toddlers. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy and a Master's degree in Linguistics, specializing in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language. I'm passionate about fostering independence, social-emotional growth, and hands-on learning through movement, exploration, and meaningful activities.

I began my professional journey as a school speech therapist, working with children with disabilities and special educational needs through Panama's government special education programs. Later, I served as a teaching assistant in an international school in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, supporting both elementary and kindergarten classrooms. This intercultural experience inspired me to pursue my Master's in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language and deepened my understanding of diverse learning environments.

My love for Montessori education grew through my daughter, Alanna, who is now five years old. This personal connection inspired me to fully embrace the Montessori philosophy. In my classroom, I encourage curiosity, independence, and meaningful exploration while guiding children in a warm and supportive environment.

I was born in Venezuela and have been living in Georgia since 2019. With four years of experience working with young children, I bring a rich and diverse professional background to the classroom.

I hold a law degree earned in 2003 and spent 16 years working in the legal field before discovering my passion for early childhood education after moving to the United States. I found the Montessori philosophy deeply inspiring and closely aligned with my values.

Currently, I'm pursuing my Montessori Guide certification through the Montessori Teacher Education Institute, specializing in the Infant-Toddler program. My work focuses on creating respectful, prepared environments that support independence, confidence, and natural development from the earliest years.

I joined the Milton Montessori at Kelly Mill community in November 2024 and am honored to be part of a school that values partnership with families and child-centered learning.

As a happily married mother of three children, ages 17, 16, and 5, my experience as a parent deeply informs my work with children and families. I'm looking forward to supporting each child's growth and development and partnering closely with families.

Joni was born in Steubenville, Ohio. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Art education from The Ohio State University and later went on to complete her AMI primary certification. Since graduating, Joni has always worked in a Montessori environment as a Primary lead guide, Elementary assistant, Head of School, as well as a childcare director in Ohio, Michigan, South Carolina and Georgia. It is no secret that Montessori education is her passion and what she does best. Joni finds joy and excitement in all the new things she gets to learn and participate in daily. Montessori philosophy and technique suits her well. She enjoys seeing children be independent and learn on their own at their own pace and interests. Her love for music and music education is reflected through her classroom environment and in the children she serves. Joni currently resides in Peachtree Corners, Ga with her husband. She has two adult children who also got to experience the beauty of Montessori education in their early childhood years. While working at another school, she had the opportunity to meet Biju and immediately knew that she could do her best work under his supervision. Joni currently works at MMSKM as a Primary lead guide and has been part of our community since 2018. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, dancing, teaching religious education at her church, decorating and spending time with her family who reside out of state. Joni has had many learning experiences in life and school. She is grateful she gets to do what she enjoys in life and to still be learning!

I was born and raised in Tamil Nadu, India, where I graduated from Bharathiyar University with a Bachelor of Science in Textile Technology. My journey into education began when I substituted in my son's Montessori classroom. The joy and independence I saw in the children captivated me, leading me to teach in a Montessori setting for several years. This experience inspired me to complete my AMI Primary training, and in 2010, I earned my 3-6 year teacher certification from Navadisha Montessori Institute in Chennai, India.

My favorite area of the Montessori classroom is Practical Life, which I believe lays the foundation for our 'Montessori Magic.' I love watching children engage with these materials, develop their skills, and resolve conflicts at the Peace Table. In my classroom, I foster an environment filled with unconditional love, clear boundaries, and consistency, allowing each child to thrive and express their uniqueness.

With over 15 years of experience, I'm convinced that consistency is a powerful tool for helping children feel safe and secure. I strive to create a classroom environment where your child can feel calm, safe, and comfortable.

I am originally from Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico. I am married and a mother of two. My oldest daughter is currently studying Education at the university, and my son is a high school senior. I am also a proud grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter who is almost 3 years old, which has further deepened my passion for early childhood education.

My Montessori journey began in 2021. I have worked in diverse educational settings, including public schools, private schools, and Spanish immersion programs, which has given me a well-rounded perspective on education and child development.

I am a Montessori teacher certified in Toddler and Primary. I believe in respecting each child’s individual pace, fostering independence through hands-on learning, and supporting children’s academic, social, and emotional growth within a nurturing classroom community.

Rima was born and raised in India, she lived in many cities across the country during her education and career. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and spent eight years working in the Information Technology departments of large banks — an experience that gave her deep insight into business operations and how to foster a strong, collaborative team culture.

Her heart for working with young children began early. In India, she taught and supported underprivileged children as part of her Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. After moving to the U.S. in 2009 through a job transfer, she has called the Alpharetta area home for the past 14 years. Before joining Montessori full-time, she taught art, sewing, and crafts to children in part-time settings.

Her connection to Montessori is both professional and personal. Inspired by Montessori principles from early on, both of her sons attended Montessori for their Primary and Elementary years — an experience that shaped them in their advanced studies and shaped her family as well.

She brings seven years of experience working in Montessori classrooms across Infant, Toddler, and Primary levels, plus a year of experience in a public school Kindergarten classroom. During her Montessori teacher training, she had the privilege of working at three other Montessori schools before joining Milton Montessori, giving her broad and valuable exposure to authentic Montessori practice.

Her commitment to the Montessori philosophy is deeply rooted in both her professional journey and her journey as a parent. She views the Montessori method not merely as a curriculum, but as a way of life that fosters true independence and a natural curiosity for the world.

Outside of school, she enjoys sewing, baking, and painting.

Ms. Leticia was born in Avila, a small and beautiful city in Spain. She went to college in Madrid and obtained her Master Degree in Psychology. She worked in Human Resources before she moved to the USA. Leticia has been in the USA for 10 years. She is married and has 2 daughters, both of them in Elementary school. In 2019 Leticia started teaching as a substitute in her kids’ Spanish immersion preschool in Atlanta. Since then, she has been working as a Spanish and Art teacher. Leticia loves teaching through creativity. She enjoys preparing lessons and sharing time with her students. She loves to observe them, their personalities, their fears and their strengths. She also loves to see how they learn and how they try their best. Art and crafts is one of her passions. She is always thinking about her next project.

Ellie Nichols has been immersed in music theory, vocal, and choral studies since she was small. At the age of 7 she became a member of the prestigious Atlanta Young Singers of Callanwolde. There her talent for performance took her across the globe. Starting at age 10, she traveled extensively with the tour
choir, participating in many competitions and showcases from Hawaii to Spain. Her passion for the arts continued through high school, where she studied drama in London, Manchester, and Stratford-upon-Avon, through a summer foreign exchange program. She later attended Georgia State University, majoring in Marketing, and Vocal Studies to help broaden and master her creative passions.
As a Montessori child "born and bred," Ellie Nichols began her journey at just 18 months old. "I am endlessly grateful that my mother chose Montessori for me," she says. "It allowed me the freedom to explore my passions and find my place in the world. I love being able to stoke those same passions in a new generation of learners, helping them find their own voices and grow in this beautiful philosophy."
Her Montessori journey eventually led her to Bergamo, Italy, where she lived the "practicum of Montessori life" while her mother studied at the Mario Montessori Center. During this time, Ellie had the profound honor of learning the history and legacy of Maria Montessori—an experience that deeply
rooted her in the philosophy.
Before returning to the Montessori classroom, Ellie put her marketing and creativity skills to good use.
Spending four years as an in-house boutique stylist and corporate merchandiser, followed by five years in the fine dining and hospitality industry as a corporate trainer and events specialist. All before finding a passion for early childhood development, when she began a few year stretch as a newborn nanny.
Her professional Montessori journey began as an assistant to Ms. Rebecca. Once her vocal and
performance credentials were discovered, she began facilitating the kindergarten chorus. Under the theatrical mentorship of Grisel Okuma and the Montessori mentorship from Rebecca Nichols, Ellie has grown the program from a once a week class for kindergarteners and a small holiday 45 min production, into a full-scale Spring Musical involving the entire Elementary and both campus’s Kindergarten
programs.
